Conditions for Affiliation
- The affiliate has to be a practitioner of law.
- The affiliate has to provide his starting date for practicing law.
- Minimum duration of membership is one year.
- The organization (La Haye International Organization for Lawyers) does not bear any responsibility should the affiliate pass incorrect information. In the event the affiliate does provide incorrect information, the organization terminates any affiliation without any legal consequences.
- The organization does not bear any responsibility for any incorrect usage by the affiliate, and consequent of that is the cancellation of the affiliate’s membership without the organization incurring any legal consequences.
- Membership in not free, there is an annual subscription fee.
